He smiles at the bards magic tricks "perhaps a quick game when we get everyone together at the inn, we should finish our business here and find the others" fingering his coin purse he looks around to see if he likes any thing at the stand, but sees nothing of interest. "do you have much shopping to do?"

he gives a little smile unsure if his joke is a joke or if he is a kill but is not worried he is normally a good judge of character. "wonderful lets find the others any ideas?"

getting a thoughtful look on his face he strokes his mustache." i saw the elf...lana...leaha...what was her..oh thats is layelle i saw her go south towards what looks like a crafting district. i say we head that way and if we have no luck we head back to the inn." he starts walking of towards the south still stroking his mustache in thought" Afrodin poison ha if i wanted to make a kitten sick then i would use that what really works well is garrick oil." he seems to be saying this without noticing.

Mod is getting some vibes off the bard but takes his quib as another joke. "yes that makes the most sense."

Being of a shorter stature and lesser stamina the gnome finally makes his way to the market. He perused each stand he passed, observing the wares of the over-enthusiastic salesmen. Upon reaching one of the more exotic carts manned by a centaur, he approaches it to inspect the odd trinkets. While looking everything over he addresses the centaur cheerily. "Good morning! Might you have something for a tinkering mage? Gizmos, spare parts or something of a magical nature?"

Within it are all sorts of gears, springs, and other things of the sort. He asks you "Coin or trade?"

"Trade will do nicely, let's see what we have here..." Horgrim ruffles through his oversized satchel and produces a small clockwork owl he crafted the night prior. The owl, still moving and functioning with no signs of stopping, hoots and turns its head around as if a living owl. He offers it up to the Centuar with a little wink. "I believe this should fetch a spectacular price with these folk, and is perhaps worth a couple things?"

He takes the owl and looks it over, clearly pleased with your craftsmanship.
He reaches to his cart and takes an empty leather pouch that could probably fit the owl. He hands you the pouch.
"Fill this with what you please from the drawer"
He places his new owl on the top shelf of the cart for display.

Giddy with excitement, the gnome gladly gives up the owl for the bag. One would have thought the tiny artificer was a child at one of the many sweets-stands around the market. But all the same Horgrim's face shone with glee as he sifted through the many gears, sprockets, springs and faceplates. He quickly fills the bag to its brim and, feeling as if he has just robbed the man of his many spare parts, thanked the centaur and shuffled off extremely pleased. "Many thanks my dear fellow! I hope that toy fetches you some fine coin."

"Pleasure doing trade" A few of the townsfolk are already looking at the owl as you step away from the cart.

Upon arriving, Layella instantly feels tense and overwhelmed by the large crowd. Her own thoughts are just as chaotic as the swell of voices from the Marketplace, and the two don't blend well. Attempting her best to maintain composure, she resolves herself to get in and out as quickly as possible, and looks to where she might find average or worn -but perhaps exotic- weapons.

The elf listens to the Cleric speak, her expression one of perplexity at his long-winded run-on sentence. When he stops, she nods, hesitantly "Er... okay... Thank you..." and turns back to her scouting for arms.
